Free delivery for all spas in the Republic of Cyprus

Positioning

Using specially designed equipment, Crystec Spas will not only deliver your spa, but also manoeuvre it into position for you. This service will include a pre-delivery consultation with you to discuss our access requirements in detail; however, in brief, we need to ensure that there is enough clearance for us to get your spa into position whilst considering the dimensions of the spa when packaged and loaded. We can discuss all of this with you in greater detail nearer the time.

Installation

Once in position, our team will complete a full installation of your spa.

Water Filling

To ensure complete satisfaction, our fully trained staff will stay right to the end including filling and testing your spa, so it can be ready to use as soon as possible. Once your spa is filled, we will talk you through the control systems and complete the initial set up.

Chemical Training

Finally, understanding water balance is key to ensuring the most enjoyable bathing experience. Our fully trained installation team will give you the essential chemical training required to maintain the best conditions in your spa. A chemical guidance manual will be left with you for future reference, and it is important to follow the advice that you are given to protect your warranty.

What is not included within our standard delivery?

Crane Lift

If you have limited access for entry to your property, you may require a crane. One of our experienced engineers will need more information about your installation site, and will either do this over the phone with you or visit the location for more complicated installs. They will discuss details such as positioning of the spa and accessibility for the crane, which will include moving cars, closing the street or electrical wires that could pose a problem. On the day, we will give you an approximate time that the installation will take place and yourself or a responsible representative over the age of 18 must be present until the spa is safely set in position. You must be flexible on the day of delivery and although we will schedule the time, we cannot guarantee the exact hour that we will arrive. With our experienced team with you all the way, you sit back and relax. The actual delivery only takes a few minutes and once you are happy with the positioning the team will unwrap, fill and start your spa before providing you with all the training that you need to operate and look after it.

Electrical Works

Should be hard wired into an internal circuit?

If your desired spa is a 13Amp Plug & Play, you will NOT need this installation, however for any full power 32Amp spa, you will need a fully qualified electrician for your installation.

Amperage is the amount of power that will be required to operate your hot tub. 13 amp is the power that you would more commonly experience within your home (referred to on our site as Plug & Play.) A 32 amp is a much more powerful installation and will require one of our qualified electricians.

What’s the difference?

A 13 amp model would attract a single pump whilst 32 amp models allow for multiple pump systems which are responsible for the flow of water through the jets. Also on a 13 amp installation it is not possible for the pump and heater to run simultaneously. For 32 amp installations our electrician will be required to run appropriate cable from your spa into your electrical fuse box. So while 13 amps are much easier to connect and install, they do not attract the extra power and performance of our 32 amp models.
